Any engagement of ForgeFlex for a project is governed by a separate written agreement (such as a proposal, statement of work or service contract), which sets out the scope, deliverables, fees, timelines, payment terms and intellectual property arrangements for that project. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed project agreement, the project agreement prevails with respect to that engagement.
